I have two offices, one in Benicia, California and the other in Wilseyville, California. I am in my Benicia office Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I am in my Wilseyville office two Mondays a month.

If you would like to schedule an appointment with me you can contact me either by phone or email, both of which are provided on this site. I am able to respond more quickly to email contact because I can do that before or after regular business hours.

I am a provider for many insurance companies. Before you schedule an appointment, check with your insurance company to make sure I’m on your list of providers. If I’m not on your list you can still see me as an “out-of-network” provider which means you will have to pay me and your insurance company will reimburse you whatever they pay for the services of an out of network provider. I use a medical biller so statements will be sent to people who are not using insurance or have health savings accounts or for whom I’m an out of network provider. For people who are using me as a provider on their company’s list, my medical biller will bill the insurance for them. If you are using insurance it is your responsibility to find out if you need an authorization number and what your co-pay is before your first visit. Otherwise, you will be billed for what your insurance doesn’t pay.

Please be aware that most insurance companies will not pay for online counseling, including telephone counseling although it is best to check with your company to make sure.
