How to Access Our Services by Session Type
For Chat: The “LIVE SUPPORT” button on the right side of the page will open up a chat room box. If I’m not available and you have indicated you would like me to contact you by email to set up a chat session I will do that. Please include that information in the “How Can I Help You” box because you won’t know if I’m available at the moment until you click the start chat button. Once you are connected to me I will have you go to the “Make a Payment” tab on my website and choose how long a session you think you’ll want and click on the “Buy Now” button that will take you to PayPal. I will wait while you do that or you can prepay and I will be notified of your payment. PayPal will allow you to use your credit card.
For Skype: Send me an email and I will respond if I’m available then or, if I’m not available then, I’ll send you an email asking you if you would like to schedule a session. In either case you would go to the “Make a Payment” tab and pre-pay by choosing the number of minutes you would like and clicking on the “Buy Now” button. If you don’t have PayPal click the “Don’t Have PayPal” button and follow the instructions on PayPal's website. PayPal will allow you to use your credit card.
For Phone: Send me an email with your phone number, requesting a phone session. If I’m available at the time and you want a session then, I’ll call you. If I’m not available I’ll send you an email asking you if you would like to schedule a phone session. Once connected you will have three minutes before I will ask you to please click the “Make a Payment” tab on my website. Once there you can select the number of minutes you would like to have and click the “Buy Now” button and you will be taken to PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal click the “Don’t Have PayPal” button and follow the instructions on PayPal's website. I will wait while you do that. I will be notified once you’ve made a PayPal payment and we will continue. PayPal will allow you to use your credit card. You can pre-pay before our phone session begins if you’d prefer doing it that way.
Email Response to a Question or Issue: Go to the “Make a Payment” tab on my website.
Select the email option and click the “Buy Now” button, which will take you to PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal click the “Don’t Have PayPal” button and follow the instructions on PayPal's website.
Note: If you would like counseling you must be in California and include your email address in the form or email because I need to send you a protected information form that you would sign and either email or fax back to me if you decide to continue counseling with me. If you would like coaching you don’t need this form and you can be anywhere in the world.
