Depression & Loneliness

It stands to reason using social media makes people feel more connected and socially involved, except this study says it doesn't. This study was done to gather information regarding young people. Even if you’re not in your early twenties, reading this article can be helpful because, it’s been my observation as a therapist that, it applies to people of all ages. If you limit the time you spend on social media, you’ll have more time to complete projects around the house, make art, write poetry, train for a marathon, participate in a live social event in your community or something else that appeals to you. I'm not suggesting people give up using social media. It’s here to stay.
